I got this recipe from my Mom's friends mom. I have made it only a few times.. Its one of those things that I don't remember to make very often.

1 pkg chicken thighs
water
4 ribs of celery, sliced
3 carrots, peeled and slices
1 onion diced
2 cans chicken broth
2 cans cream of chicken
1 pkg frozen reames noodles, I use 2 if they only have the small bags
salt and pepper to taste

in a large pot, out the chicken, celery, carrots, and onion. Cover with water and boil until the chicken is done. Drain the water, remove chicken and shred, remove bone and skin. Put the celery, onion and carrots back in the pot along with the chicken and remaining ingredients. Cook until noodles are done.

My family loves taco's and they love pizza. So whats a better way to get both, to make a taco pizza. Out of one pan I had 2 slices left.

2 tomato's, diced
2 1/2 cups cheeder cheese

1 can sliced olived
1 can refried beans

sour cream

Heat oven to pizza dough directions.
After you brown and drain the hamburger, add the taco seasoning and water according to the package; cook down.
After you spread out the pizza dough, top with refried beans, then the hamburger, top with cheese, olives, tomato's, onion and lettuce. Cook according to pizza package, add up tp 5 mins more if dough not done in the center. After it is done cooking, top with salsa and sour cream.
